Getting Started Support is available for most products. Support is limited to the current version. All Getting Started (Express) Support web cases (incidents), for the current version will expire 60 days after the release of the next software version.
Getting Started Support for single domain licensed products covers installation issues to be used within 30 days of place an related order. (See support policies for further details). Basic usage questions are not included.
CosmoSoft defines installation as the process in which the product installation program is extracted from a downloaded executable, CD, diskette, or network drive onto a single web-server, web-host account or computer hard drive and the setup program is run to completion in accordance with the authorized installation instructions. A completed installation is determined by the successful first run of the CosmoSoft application.
Terms of Support
- Only customers who own licensed CosmoSoft product(s) are qualified to purchase Support Programs.
- Trial versions and FREE products only qualify for installation support.
- Subscription period are product cumulative; ie: the 30-days Express support plan for product 1. figure should include other product 2 with 30-days Express support plan, and the 60-days figure should include. all 30-days and 30-days.
- Suites and Packs is entitled to 1-3 web support cases (incidents), not product in pack comulative.
